Animal Tales class

This year was the year I had been waiting for for Landry and Drew. Our Parks and Rec department offers great classes. alot of the classes are for ages 2-3 and this means that landry and Drew can take classes together. We took Kid lit the first part of the semester and Animal Tales the second.Yesterday was our last class.




each week they learned about an animal and made a book.

Weekend in Dallas with the Arnolds and A nana

We spent some time shopping and ice skating on Friday night at the Galleria. Saturday we headed to the Gaylord Texan. It was huge and the kids loved it!








we headed over the the ICE show. It was based on How the Grinch stole Christmas. It was -9 degrees in there and so much fun. Really cool!

After dinner we went to the grapevine Polar Express. It was great!










my camera was set wrong and so all my pictures came out terrible. wehn i have more I will post more. Also i need to scan in the santa pic and the great group ICE shots.

Reece's Birthday Party

Daddy decided to have Reece's birthday at Minute Maid Park. Nana and Anden came down for the party and we had a great time.

Snow Day!

All week long they have been predicting snow for today. I thought wed get a few flakes. But boy it SNOWED today. The kids even got a snow day and school was let out early!



















two years in a row and I still havent learned to put away the haloween decorations before the snow comes!

Santa Night

Last night was Santa night at the school. It was crazy busy but it was nice to see all our friends.




Reece told us before we went that it was just a guy in a santa suit but when it came down to it he made him a card. Santa gave him a big hug when he gave it to him :)




I was trying to get the knuckles from Santa but love how i got landry's excitement about the candy cane!

Why do I bother?

i was so happy to get a few gifts bought and wrapped and off my list of things to do. Took me 30 minutes to wrap them all...took drew 1 minute to open them all up!
